Shipping
📦 Orders with standard shipping are processed within 2-5 business days (M-F). After processing, your order ships and should arrive in 3-4 business days, barring any carrier delays.

Be sure to include the item name, size, and the date you need it by. 🗓️ As a small business, we require express requests to be approved in advance to ensure your item arrives on time for your special occasion. 💖 Pre-ordered items are clearly labeled as "Pre-Order" in the product description and title. The shipment date is provided in the item description, and we aim to ship either on that date or earlier.

🇺🇸 We ship to APO boxes (thank you for your service! 💙), but unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes at this time.

✏️ Made a mistake? No problem—contact us ASAP before your order ships, and we’ll do our best to update your address (a quick security check may be required). If your order has already shipped, we’ll reach out to the carrier to assist you in any way we can.
📬 If your order gets returned due to address issues:
- You can pay a $6.85 reshipment fee to have it sent again.

📞 If you didn’t purchase protection, you’ll need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Unfortunately, resolution is not guaranteed, so we always recommend Route Package Protection for peace of mind.
💔 Oh no! If your order arrived damaged and you purchased Route Package Protection, file a claim at route.claims.com for assistance.
