Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Returns are typically refunded via store credit, with exceptions determined by our team.

🎀 We strive for accuracy with every order, but if you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. For U.S. customers, we’ll provide a return label and offer either a reshipment or full refund. 💌 For international customers, you may be asked to keep the item with a refund issued.
Please drop off return shipments within 10 business days of receiving the return label. Once scanned, we’ll promptly reship your correct item via priority shipment.
For sanitary reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Bodysuits and intimate wear
Additionally, sale items, including Black Friday and Cyber Monday purchases, are final sale. 🚫
Once approved, please ship items back within 5 days to the address provided in our email. As a small business, we typically do not provide prepaid return labels; however, if we sent the wrong item or in other exceptions, we will include a prepaid return label in our email. ✨ Please follow the instructions in the email for a smooth process.
Once we process your return, we’ll issue a store credit for the item’s purchase price, including the standard shipping rate (express shipping fees are not included). 💕 Store credits are valid for one year from the issue date and can be used immediately.
If your tracking states delivered but you can’t find your package:
- Verify the delivery address and check for notices.
- Check with neighbors or hidden delivery spots.
- Contact the carrier:
- USPS: File a claim through the USPS Missing Mail page
- UPS: File a claim via the UPS Claims page.
📦 Note: Once marked as delivered, Pink Plastic is not responsible for missing packages. We recommend purchasing Route Package Protection at checkout to fully protect your package.
We’re sorry to see you go! 💖 Orders can be canceled within:
- 2 days of purchase: Full refund.
- After 2 days: $5 cancellation fee.
- Outerwear/Pre-orders: $10 cancellation fee after 2 days due to made-to-order processes.

Shipping delays can be frustrating, and here’s how we handle them:
- Standard Shipping Delays: Unfortunately, carrier delays due to weather or holidays are beyond our control, and we cannot offer refunds.
- Express Shipping Delays: If we confirmed a guaranteed delivery date and it’s late, you can request a refund for the shipping cost or return the item for a full refund (unworn and in original condition).
- Return for Store Credit: Regardless of the shipping method, you can return the item for store credit as long as it's unworn and in original condition.
