📦 Customers without Return Coverage must contact us within 7 days of delivery for return approval. Approved returns must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving instructions and must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
🛡️ For lost, stolen, or damaged packages, customers who purchased Package Protection may submit their claim through the same portal above.
Store credits are valid for one year from the date of issue and may be used immediately after issuance.

LOOP RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If your return or exchange was processed through Loop Returns, items must be dropped off with the postal carrier within 14 days of approval. Please follow the instructions and label details provided through the Loop portal and confirmation email. 📦🩷
STANDARD RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Once approved, items must be dropped off with the postal carrier within 7 days of approval. As a small business, we typically do not provide prepaid return labels unless an exception applies, such as receiving the wrong item. Please follow the instructions provided in your approval email for a smooth return process. 💕
EXPRESS ORDERS
Express orders follow the same return guidelines listed above:
• Loop Returns: 14 days to drop off with the postal carrier
• Standard Returns (non-Loop): 7 days to drop off with the postal carrier
✨ Please make sure your package is scanned by the carrier within the required timeframe to avoid your return being denied.
LOOP RETURNS
For returns processed through Loop Returns, store credit is typically issued once the return package is scanned by the postal carrier. 📦🩷 Please note that if returned items are received damaged, worn, washed, or otherwise not in their original condition (unless the item was received damaged), the original payment method may be charged accordingly.
STANDARD RETURNS (NON-LOOP)
For returns not processed through Loop, store credit will be issued once we receive and inspect the return. Please allow 1–3 business days after tracking confirms delivery for our team to process your return and issue your store credit. 💕

IF YOU PURCHASED SEEL PACKAGE PROTECTION
Orders protected with Seel Package Protection are covered for:
• Lost packages
• Stolen packages
• Missing deliveries marked as delivered
• Items received damaged

IF YOU DID NOT PURCHASE SEEL PACKAGE PROTECTION
If your tracking states delivered but you cannot locate your package, please:
- Verify the shipping address and check for delivery notices.
- Check with neighbors, household members, or hidden delivery locations.
- Contact the carrier directly for assistance or to file a claim:
• USPS: File a claim through the USPS Missing Mail page
• UPS: File a claim through the UPS Claims page
📦 Please note: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Pink Plastic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages if Seel Package Protection was not purchased at checkout.
🎀 We strive for accuracy with every order, but if you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. For U.S. customers, we’ll provide a return label and offer either a reshipment or full refund. 💌 For international customers, you may be asked to keep the item with a refund issued.
Please drop off return shipments within 10 business days of receiving the return label. Once scanned, we’ll promptly reship your correct item via priority shipment.
For sanitary reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Handmade items (noted in descriptions)
- Swimsuits
- Accessories
- Bodysuits and intimate wear
Additionally, sale items, including Black Friday and Cyber Monday purchases, are final sale. 🚫

Orders can be canceled within:
•Within 24 hours of purchase: Full refund.
•After 24 hours: $5 cancellation fee.
•Outerwear/Pre-orders: $10 cancellation fee after 24 hours due to made-to-order processes.

Shipping delays can be frustrating, and here’s how we handle them:
- Standard Shipping Delays
Carrier delays due to weather or holidays are out of our control, and we can’t offer refunds in these cases. However, feel free to email us—we’re happy to help track your order and often assist with creative solutions (we’ve even rerouted packages to hotels just in time for vacay)!
- UPS Next Day + Saturday Delivery
If we confirmed a guaranteed delivery date and it arrives late (excluding weather delays), you're eligible for a full shipping refund or a full return refund (item must be unworn and in original condition). We purchase UPS’s 100% guarantee to protect your order.
- Other Express Shipping
If delayed by the postal service, we’ll try to recover a full refund. If not, we’ll issue a partial shipping refund, and you may return the item for store credit.
If delayed due to a Pink Plastic internal issue, you're eligible for a full refund and may return the item for a full refund.
- Return for Store Credit: Regardless of the shipping method, you can return the item for store credit as long as it's unworn and in original condition.
