Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country’s regulations.
While these charges are not included in the total at checkout, we do our best to ensure our prices are fair and affordable to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. These duties and taxes will typically be collected by your local postal carrier or customs office upon delivery.

If you did not purchase Checkout+, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Resolution is not guaranteed, as Pink Plastic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

📦Please Note: At this time, Checkout+ does not cover international return shipping costs, although we are actively working on adding this feature.
Customers without Checkout+ must contact us within 7 days of delivery for return instructions.
If you'd like to return an international order, please email us. You may either ship the item back yourself or have us assist in creating a return label using the most affordable available carrier. Any shipping costs associated with a label we create will be deducted from your store credit.
💖We still strongly recommend purchasing Checkout+ to protect your order against eligible lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit while also receiving an extended 14-day return window.
