Processing + Shipping and Handling Timeframe 

As a small business, please understand that our processing and shipping + handling timeframe will take longer than a big corporate business's. we can only begin processing your order after receiving your payment and verifying it. It generally takes 1-2 weeks (usually no more than 5 days) to process standard shipping, and 4-6 weeks for pre-order items (labeled in item description). After processing, we will ship your order as soon as we are able (based off what kind of shipping you  paid for during checkout!). If an item is needed by a certain date, please email us prior to purchasing to see if we can get it to you by the date needed. It is not always guaranteed, but we will try our best. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow 2-3 business days for it to update into USPS's system.  We send out weekly emails to keep you guys updated on the status of your order. Any order over $55 will require a signature. if you can not be there to sign for a package, usps will hold your package at your local post office. you can pick the package up with just a photo id, that matches the name on your order receipt that you provided at checkout.

pink plastic does not cover re-shipment fees, with the exception of an address error on our end. if you do not sign for your package (orders over $55), we are not responsible for a reshipment label . You will be required to repay your original shipment fee.
