Returns/Refunds/Exchanges Policy

Pink Plastic thoroughly inspects each item before shipping out to ensure none are broken or damaged. Once it leaves our home-base and is in USPS's hands, we are NOT responsible for lost, broken or damaged items while in transit. Returns and refunds are not accepted unless wrong item is sent and other special circumstances (exchanges are most likely). Exchanges, if agreed upon, can be made for different sizes or another item of equal value if item is unworn, or store credit. If an exchange or refund is desired, you must contact us within 7 days from the day you received it. Past 7 days, we are no longer responsible for exchanges. If an exchange is agreed upon, please return the item back to us at the address provided, and email us tracking WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE EXCHANGE AGREEMENT. express shipping items are non-returnable after 2 days of delivery. Exchanges of swimsuit, accessories, handmade items (in description) are not accepted due to sanitary reasons.  All items on sale are FINAL ,and can not be exchanged or returned. all one-day shipment items can not be exchanged or returned. Please do not send your order back before speaking to a Pink Plastic representative. The processing + handling / shipping timeframe starts all over again for the item you'd like exchanged for after an exchange fee of $7.00 is paid. If order cancellation is requested prior to shipment, a $5 ($10 for orders over $100) process fee will be required. Thank you for complying with our policies!
