Processing + Shipping and Handling timeframe
As a small business run by 2 girls, please understand that our processing + shipping and handling timeframe will take longer than a big corporate business's. All our items are pre-order only, and handmade items are made-to-order. This means that we may not always readily have the items you ordered in stock on hand, and can only begin processing your order after receiving your payment and verifying it. It generally takes a minimum of one week to process. Handmade items made by our designer are sewn only after orders are placed. After processing, we will ship your order as soon as we are able - based off what kind of shipping you picked and paid for during checkout! If an item is needed by a certain date, please email us prior to purchasing to see if we can get it to you by the date needed, we will try our best to! Altogether with processing + shipping and handling, it typically takes anywhere between 1-4 weeks (business days only, excluding weekends and holidays) for you to receive your item. The standard shipping takes about 10-15 business days; priority shipping about 2-8 days, and next-day shipping is only available if we happen to already have the item you want on hand, so please be sure to email first! Pink Plastic thoroughly inspects each item before shipping out to ensure none are broken or damaged. Once it leaves our home-base and is in USPS's hands, we are NOT responsible for lost, broken or damaged items while in transit. Returns and refunds of are not expected unless wrong item is sent and other special circumstances. Exchanges, if agreed upon, can be made for different sizes or another item of equal value if item is unworn. If an exchange is desired, you must contact us within 7 days from the day you received it. Past 7 days, we are no longer responsible for exchanges. If an exchange is agreed upon, please return the item back to us at the address provided. Exchanges of swimsuits and accessories are not accepted due to sanitary reasons. Please do not send your order back before speaking to a Pink Plastic representative. The processing + handling / shipping timeframe starts all over again for the item you'd like exchanged for after an exchange fee of $7.00 is paid. Thank you for complying with our policies!
