Processing + Shipping and Handling 

As a small business run by 2 girls, please understand that processing + shipping and handling will take longer than usual. All our items are pre-order only, and handmade items are made-to-order. This means that we may not always readily have the items you ordered in stock because we order our materials after receiving your payment, processing and verifying it. Handmade items made by our designer are sewn only after orders are placed. Due to this, we are unable to ship your items out until we receive our inventory. Each item will include a general timeframe in the description for when you should expect it to be shipped out. This is considered the processing timeframe. For shipping, we will ship it based off what you picked and paid for during checkout. Altogether with processing + shipping and handling, it typically takes anywhere between 1-4 weeks (business days only, excluding weekends and holidays) for preorder items to ship. Standard items take about 10-15 days (business days only, excluding weekends and holidays). For priority mail about 2-8 days (please email prior to purchase if item is time sensitive).  If you are not okay with our processing + shipping and handling timeframe, we ask if you could please refrain from ordering from Pink Plastic to avoid any unhappiness. If an item is urgent, please email Pink Plastic customer service prior to purchasing: pinkplasticbabez@gmail.com 

 

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges Policy

Pink Plastic thoroughly inspects each item before shipping out to ensure none are broken or damaged. Once it leaves our home-base and is in USPS's hands, we are NOT responsible for lost, broken or damaged items while in transit. Returns and refunds are not accepted due to sanitary reasons. Exchanges, if agreed upon, can be made for different sizes or another item of equal value if item is unworn. If an exchange is desired, you must contact us within 7 days from the delivery date. Past 7 days, we are no longer responsible for exchanges. If an exchange is agreed upon, please return the item back to us at the address provided, and unfortunately the processing + handling / shipping timeframe starts all over again for the item you'd like exchanged for.
